Nate Crichton State Farm is seeking a customer-focused professional to service existing accounts while helping customers understand additional insurance options that may benefit them. This is a service-to-sales opportunity for someone who can handle customer needs professionally and naturally transition conversations into account reviews and product recommendations.

You will primarily work with current customers, answer service-related questions, update policies, and identify opportunities to help households bundle or multi-line their insurance coverage.

What You Will Do

• Assist current customers with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage updates, and account changes
• Build trusted relationships through consistent and responsive service
• Conduct account reviews to identify coverage gaps and changing customer needs
• Help customers bundle auto, home, renters, life, and other available insurance products
• Identify appropriate cross-selling and multi-line opportunities
• Introduce customers to additional products that may improve their overall protection
• Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team member when needed
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, policy changes, and coverage recommendations
• Document customer conversations and maintain accurate account information
• Support customer retention by resolving concerns and creating a positive experience
• Work toward individual and agency service and account-growth goals
