Nate Crichton State Farm is looking for a sales-driven professional to join our established agency in Denver, North Carolina. You will work with internet leads, warm call transfers, and current customers who may benefit from additional insurance products.

What You Will Do

• Contact internet leads and respond quickly to warm call transfers
• Build relationships with prospective and current customers
• Identify customer needs through thoughtful discovery questions
• Provide insurance quotes and explain available coverage options
• Cross-sell and multi-line auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Follow up consistently with leads and customers
• Meet individual and agency sales goals
• Maintain accurate notes and customer information
• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Support customer retention by creating a positive experience
