Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (LCSW or LMFT)

Full‑Time Family Advocacy Treatment Manager position at 375th Medical Group, Scott AFB, Belleville, Illinois. The primary purpose is to provide professional clinical social work or marriage and family therapy services as part of the Family Advocacy Program. Responsibilities include designing, developing, maintaining, implementing, and evaluating clinical services for the installation FAP. Serves as clinical SME, provides consultation, performs needs assessment, determines intervention requirements, and develops implementation strategies. Performs case management, risk and clinical assessments, and crisis intervention to prevent and treat child maltreatment and intimate partner abuse for beneficiaries across a broad geographical area. Salary range is $91,779 – $119,315 based on experience. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist : Must meet OPM 0101 occupational series qualifications and have current, unrestricted license to practice in any of the 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
