Account Manager (Remote - California Based)

Overview A Large‑Market Account Manager at SWBC will maintain and expand relationships with clients with annual revenue exceeding $25,000. The role focuses on understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and financial profitability. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with large‑sized clients, becoming their trusted advisor. Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Stay up to date with SWBC products and services to effectively present them to clients and address inquiries. Develop account plans and strategies that align with the company’s objectives and client needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless client experiences. Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience. Provide regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and market trends to management. Strive for client success and satisfaction, ensuring they receive maximum value from our offerings. Apply critical thinking skills to analyze client challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions that align with company goals. Travel by auto or air to designated top clients within assigned territory, including prospective clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer‑facing role. Knowledge of financial services, risk management, or related fields is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement them to meet client needs. Commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills to establish trust with clients and colleagues. Adherence to high ethical standards and commitment to compliance with industry regulations. Ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve goals and targets. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $57,148.00 to $114,296.00. The role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation in the form of either commission or performance bonus.
