Technical Sales Engineer

Overview We’re seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to drive business growth by supporting existing accounts and securing new opportunities. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional ready to make an impact. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Direct Hire: Territory Sales Engineer Travel: ~60% weekly within Dallas, TX We’re looking for a Territory Sales Engineer to drive business growth by supporting existing accounts and securing new opportunities. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional ready to make an impact. What You’ll Do Hit territory sales & growth goals through new business + account retention Identify market trends, competition, and opportunities Maintain clear communication with Sales Management on accounts, programs, and challenges Generate leads, share market insights, and represent the company at trade shows Build strong relationships with users & distributors to preserve and expand business Support fellow Outside Sales team members as needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) OR equivalent experience 3–5 years of technical sales experience (OEM sales a plus) Strong communication & relationship-building skills Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel ~40-60% weekly Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Sales Industries Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified about new Technical Sales Engineer jobs in Dallas, TX . #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Engineering
