About the Role Our Client is hiring its first full-time Growth Lead. Marketing has been handled directly by the founder, plus a few contractors. This hire takes the wheel as the first full-time growth operator, owning growth end-to-end. The work spans influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content. Some initiatives are already running internally and will be handed off to this hire. Others are net-new initiatives that this hire will design and run from scratch. This is a scrappy operator seat, not a senior manager role. You will roll up your sleeves on every channel, learn quickly, and drive measurable impact across initiatives. What You’ll Own Own and execute Aragon's growth strategy end-to-end across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content Take over existing initiatives currently run by the founder and contractors Design and launch new growth initiatives.
