If you're passionate about health, fitness, recovery, or helping people improve their quality of life, we'd love to meet you. No previous stretching experience is required. We provide paid training and Stretch Zone certification to prepare you for the role. Full-Time Lakeway ScheduleTuesday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PMApplicants must be available to work the full schedule listed above. You'll:Deliver one on one practitioner assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Zone's patented stabilization system and proprietary protocols.Work with members to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and everyday movement.Learn to recognize individual mobility and movement needs and apply Stretch Zone protocols appropriately.Build strong relationships with members and support their longterm wellness goals.Help create an exceptional experience that keeps members excited about their progress.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.Collaborate closely with the Lakeway team and studio leadership.Represent Stretch Zone with professionalism, energy, and outstanding customer service.Who We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, energetic people who genuinely enjoy helping others. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
