• Schedule: Day shift with opportunities for additional call coverage as needed
• Case Mix: General, cardiac, neuro, ortho, and OB cases
• Setting: High-volume surgical environment with broad clinical exposure

Job Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Current active physician license
• Completion of an approved residency in anesthesiology
• Board certification or fellowship training required
• Cardiac anesthesia experience required
• Neuraxial and regional anesthesia skills required
• At least 1 year of anesthesiology experience required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the anesthesia department
• Provide medical management for patients undergoing surgery and other procedures
• Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and expectations with patients
• Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patients' physiological status throughout procedures
• Provide clinical intervention as needed to support safe, effective care
• Contribute to efficient case flow while maintaining high standards of patient safety
