Job Summary

Join our team in Northborough, MA, a community known for its rich history and vibrant community spirit. We are seeking dedicated individuals for a physically demanding role that involves handling and moving storage materials.

Responsibilities

Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.

Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.

Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids safely.

Read and write English to process incoming and outgoing orders.

Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.

Operate a handheld scanner and climb ladders safely.

Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.

Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.

Qualifications

Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance.

Capable of walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods.

Ability to work without assistance to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation.

Protective footwear is required, meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better or Best".

Work Schedule

Normal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
