What You'll Do • Post all accounts receivable transactions accurately and on a timely basis. • Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments, and ensure proper application to accounts. • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies. • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections. • Prepare and send customer statements as needed. • Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing questions or disputes. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. • Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting as required.
