AR Billing Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented AR Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role is ideal for someone with billing, administrative, or accounting support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring accuracy in financial data.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, reviewing billing data for accuracy, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies. We provide training on our systems and processes, making this a great opportunity to build or expand your career in billing and accounting.

The Billing Clerk role is an in-office position located at our Mechanicsburg, PA location. Candidate will be required to work in the office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Bill customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures bills are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines and regulations.
• Identify issues, research and/or remedy as appropriate.
• Maintain and update billing files in accordance with established guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Accurate and proficient typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Previous accounts receivable experience is preferred.
• Associate's degree in accounting or business is a plus.
• Must possess an extremely strong work ethic.
