Logistics Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 to $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
- Coordinate daily pickup & delivery schedules.
- Track shipments & assist with resolving delivery issues.
- Prepare & manage bills of lading & shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics & operations.
- Pull & stage inventory when needed.
- Load & unload trucks during busy periods.
- Assist with moving & organizing product throughout the facility.
- Some remote work when applicable.
Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous logistics, dispatch, transportation, inventory, or supply chain experience.
- Strong computer skills & ability to learn new software systems.
- Experience with bills of lading and shipping paperwork.
- Excellent communication & organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, take-charge attitude & ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 50lbs when assisting with inventory and shipments.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
