Office/Operations Manager - Leadership and Growth Opportunity

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, improving processes, analyzing business performance, and helping a company achieve its growth goals. The Operations Manager will work directly with ownership and play a key role in overseeing office operations, customer service, scheduling, team performance, and business growth. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Lead and support office staff to ensure exceptional customer service Answer and manage incoming customer calls and scheduling requests Monitor and analyze key business metrics and performance indicators Track lead flow, booking rates, close rates, revenue, profitability, and other operational KPIs Assist with business development initiatives and growth strategies Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development Develop and maintain systems and processes that support company growth Qualifications 3-5+ years of Office Management, Operations Management, or Business Management experience required Proven leadership and team management experience Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience reviewing and managing business performance metrics and KPIs Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software platforms Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Experience in home services, construction, trades, or service‑based businesses is preferred What We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated leader who wants more than just a job.
