You'll play a key role in identifying market opportunities, defining product strategy, collaborating across departments, and driving new product introductions that contribute directly to company growth.If you're passionate about innovation, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and want to own products that make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoLead Product Innovation & StrategyOwn and execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmap for assigned product categoriesIdentify market opportunities through research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging technology trendsDevelop and manage product roadmaps aligned with category strategies and business objectivesDrive product strategy from concept development through launch, growth, optimization, and eventual SKU rationalizationIdentify opportunities for innovation, expansion into new markets, and product line enhancementsBring Products to MarketLead end-to-end product development initiatives from ideation through commercializationDevelop data-driven sales forecasts and business cases for new product introductionsEstablish product pricing and positioning strategies based on market conditions, customer value, competitive analysis, and margin objectivesManage product launches and conduct post-launch performance evaluationsDevelop strategic action plans to maximize product success and profitabilityCollaborate Across the BusinessPartner closely with Category Management, Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Technical Support teamsWork alongside the Senior Sourcing Specialist to define product requirements, evaluate samples, review inspection reports, and ensure product quality standards are metSupport product training initiatives for Account Specialists and Technical Support teamsCollaborate with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product content accurately represents product capabilities and specificationsCommunicate product vision, opportunities, market insights, and technology trends to key stakeholdersAnalyze, Improve & GrowMonitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for optimizationConduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and customer insight gatheringEvaluate product portfolios and recommend additions, improvements, or discontinuationsUse data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and product investmentsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with creativity, curiosity, and a passion for building successful products.Key Skills & QualificationsStrong product development, product management, or category management experienceProven ability to take products from concept to launch and beyondExperience conducting market research and translating insights into business opportunitiesStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExceptional project management and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementStrong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsComfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on executionRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in product development, product management, brand management, category management, or a related disciplineExperience developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue and profitabilityAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredERP system experience strongly preferredB2B product experience preferredAdobe Photoshop experience is a plusTravelWillingness to travel approximately 10–15%, including occasional domestic and international travelWhy Join D2G Group?At D2G Group, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping shape the future of innovative product solutions.
