Employees have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while building a career in the automotive industry.Work Schedule: 5AM - 1:30PM Monday - FridayPay: $27 - $36 depending on experienceElwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Autobody Painter Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 27.00 to $ 36.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)Repair and refinish vehicles, including panel repair, sanding, R&I, paint preparation, and other automotive repair tasks as needed.Support collision repair production by assisting with parts, documentation, supplements, and maintaining organized job flow.Maintain quality and efficiency standards by following repair plans and QC direction while keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area.Autobody Painter Qualifications:Hands-on experience in auto body repair, automotive painting/refinishing, or mechanical repair.Knowledge of panel repair, sanding, paint preparation, R&I, and/or waterborne paint systems preferred.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while maintaining quality and production standards.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
