Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes, and techniques of trade(s) and/or craft(s) supervised and personnel management policies, practices, and procedures, including sexual harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity/ Equal Employment Treatment. 2. Knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and procedures. 3. Knowledge of the use and maintenance of hand and power tools, equipment, and precision measuring and /or test equipment common to trades supervised. 4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical specifications. 5. Ability to plan and organize work assignments to include determining resources required to accomplish mission. 6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Additional Position Requirements: 1. May be required to work any shift and/or nonstandard work week. Subject to call back at any time day or night, including weekends and holidays. 2. Position requires full physical abilities in walking, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing ladders and heights. 3. Works in noise and eye hazardous area, and atmospheres such as oil, grease, solvents and similar toxic vapors, will be required to wear safety and protective equipment. 4.
