Job Description Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care Assist in medication administration Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase Assist patients and their families with paperwork Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent interpersonal and organization skills. Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards Compassionate nature and patience. Must be able to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation.
