Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Novice Nurse – Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (≤12 months of experience) to serve in the Santa Clarita Valley and Antelope Valley areas. This training program provides hands-on home-care experience, paired with an experienced Maxim nurse for real-time feedback, training, and mentorship. As a participant, you will work one-on-one with a patient in the home setting, learning direct patient care, vent/trach/g-tube management, and critical thinking, with 24/7 #J-18808-Ljbffr Maxim Healthcare
