URGENT need for a reliable School Nurse in Castaic, CA.
13 Year-old male, nonverbal and nonambulatory. G-Tube/Trach.
AM's Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm or NOC 11pm-7am

LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implements a plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
Assesses and provides patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
Prepares and coordinates clinical notes and progress notes.
LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) QUALIFICATIONS: Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
1 year of experience is a PLUS.
Pediatric experience is a PLUS.
