Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Unit Information: Progressive Care / (61629) Location: HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Address: 9191 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229 Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -24 Type of staff: Day Shift – Charge, 4-5 RNs, 2-3 PCTs Night Shift – Charge, 4-5 RNs, 2 PCTs Patient Ratios – 5:1 Type of equipment – Tele monitoring, post op monitoring EMR – Meditech / CPN Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Cardiac experience Prior Meditech experience NIH List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post-op recovery of patients (surgical and from cath lab) Post op ortho patients (spine, joint) Best personality Fit: Friendly, outgoing personality Teamwork oriented unit Multi-tasking-unit can have high patient turnover (occasional high discharge/admit days) WHY JUDGE HEALTHCARE?
