Remote Benefits & Enrollment Support Specialist

Enroll365 is hiring a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to support our ICHRA and individual benefits operations. This remote role helps members, employers, carriers, and internal teams resolve enrollment, payment, documentation, and coverage issues. Occasional on-site work in Salt Lake City may be required. The CSA will partner with Enrollment Agents and Client Service Managers, handling premium payments, tracker updates, and escalations while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and timely #J-18808-Ljbffr
