Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to neonates through geriatrics
• Utilize advanced respiratory care techniques such as BiPAP and CPAP
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and provide emergency respiratory interventions
• Manage ventilator settings and monitor patients' response to therapy
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and interpret results
• Document patient care interventions and outcomes in the Epic charting system

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Certified as RRT, ACLS, and BLS
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in NC or hold a compact license
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Ability to work every other weekend and on-call as needed
• Demonstrated competence in respiratory care for all patient age groups
