Multispecialty Ultrasound / Vascular Tech – Travel Contract

Location: Plainview, TX
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Multispecialty Ultrasound / Vascular Tech for a travel assignment in Plainview, Texas. This role is ideal for a highly skilled sonographer with expertise across multiple imaging specialties, including general ultrasound, vascular studies, and echocardiography, in an acute care hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound and vascular imaging procedures.
• Conduct General Ultrasound examinations, including:
  • OB/GYN
  • Fetal Imaging
  • Breast Ultrasound
  • Transvaginal Ultrasound
• Perform Vascular studies and Adult Echocardiograms.
• Conduct Contrast Echo and Stress Echo/Treadmill testing.
• Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and physicians to provide accurate diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain efficient patient workflow while ensuring quality patient care.
• Adhere to imaging protocols, safety standards, and facility policies.
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.

Required Qualifications

• Active ARDMS , ARDMS (VT) , CCI , or RDCS Certification.
• Current BLS Certification .
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • General Ultrasound
  • OB/GYN Ultrasound
  • Vascular Imaging
  • Adult Echocardiography
  • Contrast Echo
  • Stress Echo/Treadmill Testing
• Ability to work independently across multiple imaging modalities.
• Availability for weekday and weekend on-call coverage.
