Project Coordinator
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for an onsite contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role involves project coordination responsibilities for technology implementations, upgrades, and conversions. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate resources across various lines of business, balance technical requirements with scheduling, and ensure milestone delivery of technology solutions. This position requires the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate resources within and across various lines of business
- Balance soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery
- Define and evaluate problems to plan effective solutions
- Identify and mitigate potential issues to keep projects on schedule
- Present progress and issues to stakeholders and manage project expectations
- Identify changing priorities and reallocate resources effectively
- Maintain system of records related to inventory detail updates
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Cisco voice technologies
- Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes
- Experience with Audio Visual / Telepresence Technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook)
- Experience with project administration, tasks, and deliverables management
- Knowledge of process project execution
- Experience in project and technical management
Desired Skills:
- Experience with BMC Remedy Tools (Change Management)
- Network Knowledge (IP Management/DHCP Address)
- Experience with MicroStrategy Reporting
Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
