In the role of

Senior Financial Analyst – Distribution Supply Chain

, you will provide financial planning and analysis for U.S. Distribution, supporting ISC operations and driving insights that influence key business decisions. You will lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), analyze variances, perform ad-hoc analysis, and partner closely with supply chain leaders to optimize performance. This position reports to the U.S. Distribution Managerand works closely with various levels of ISC Finance and ISC Operations teams. What You’ll Be Brewing:

Provide financial support for U.S. Distribution, including freight, fuel, third-party warehouses, and other cost categories Partner with supply chain leaders to deliver accurate inputs for key financial deliverables and reports Develop deep understanding of distribution operations to provide actionable insights and recommendations Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and enable data driven decision making Build strong relationships across supply chain finance and operations teams to foster collaboration Consolidate and analyze monthly results, identifying key drivers and trends Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Key Ingredients: You bring 4+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally within supply chain or logistics You have strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and supply chain operations You are proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems, and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI You excel at analyzing large datasets and delivering clear, concise variance explanations You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment You build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes through effective communication You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments You act with integrity, take accountability for results, and demonstrate our core values in all interactions
