Job Description - New Grad RN (Post-Transplant Surgical) (250004Q4) Lerner Tower 9 is a surgical floor. We are a nationally recognized solid organ transplant floor, caring for the transplants of liver, kidney and pancreas. Our staff is specially trained to take care of the patients directly from the PACU, so they can bypass the ICU. We also care for bariatric surgery patients and all abdominal surgeries, so we have a wide variety of learning opportunities. Click the link below to learn more about the unit! Dimensions are: Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care. Education Requirements Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program License & Certification Requirements An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance. Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
