2nd shift industrial maintenance technician

Join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX, where quality, reliability, and innovation are at the core of everything we do. We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong experience in injection molding equipment to support our operations and keep production running smoothly.

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of production machinery, with a focus on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Support machine setup, adjustments, and tooling changeovers as needed
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Assist in equipment installations and facility maintenance projects
• Follow safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment

The essential functions of this role include:
