About This Role

The Project Coordinator supports Consulting Delivery operations by coordinating onboarding, recruiting support, workforce administration, training, reporting, and employee engagement activities. This role serves as a liaison between consultants, program leadership, account teams, and customers while helping drive operational excellence and a positive team culture.

What You'll Do

Coordinate onboarding activities, presentations, and documentation
Maintain onboarding, training, and operational materials
Manage asset tracking and documentation version control
Track KPIs including retention, attrition, attendance, and time-to-fill
Support recruiting efforts, kickoff calls, and interview metric reporting
Review and approve weekly timesheets
Coordinate employee engagement and team morale initiatives
Conduct quarterly 1:1s and provide coaching when needed
Assist with employee and customer satisfaction surveys
Support resource risk identification and remediation planning
Respond to or triage project, HR, IT, and timesheet-related questions
Assist with business review reporting, presentations, and exit interviews
