Material Handler - Afternoon ShiftJob Posting Location: Calgary, CAPosition Description: A Material Handler is responsible to move, load, unload, and store materials by hand or using equipment like forklifts, ensuring products and supplies get to the right place efficiently, managing inventory, performing quality checks, and documenting transactions in warehouses or production facilities.Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities:Receiving of incoming shipmentsTagging and stocking partsAssist in housekeeping of merchandiseRead production and delivery schedules to determine sorting and transferLabour support with installations and/or shop work from time to time as neededPerforms other duties as required to support other DepartmentsRequired Education & Qualifications: Ideal candidate must have:At least 2-3 years Shipping/Receiving experienceAttention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlinesPhysically capable of performing all work-related task and assignments.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with a high degree of accuracyMust have forklift experienceAbility to contribute to the teamwork of the departmentAssets: Valid Forklift or Overhead Crane LicenseComputer skills / Microsoft OfficeModine is an equal opportunity employer.
