Customer Service Representative (Facilities Administrator)

LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Client Service Representative (Facilities Administrator). Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (Facilities Administrator) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming client service requests
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Provide updates regarding service schedules, progress, and completion
• Coordinate service requests with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Track and monitor work order activity throughout the service process
• Assist with invoice and documentation review as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Previous customer service, call center, client support, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and customer interactions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Dependable, adaptable, and customer-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.35 per hour

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Onsite training with remote work available on Fridays
