Meet Your Recruiter Claudia Villalobos
- Enter, process, and track customer orders
- Provide quotes, product information, and order updates
- Communicate with customers to understand current and future needs
- Resolve order issues and help ensure on-time delivery
- Support Inside and Outside Sales teams with customer accounts and opportunities
- Follow up with leads, past customers, and inactive accounts
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Assist with RFQs and prepare information for order fulfillment
- Provide professional phone and email support
- 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, or account support experience
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong order entry and customer follow-up skills
- Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- ERP/order management system experience preferred
- IQMS experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team
