Shipping & Receiving ClerkWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401K Plan + MatchPaid time offAdvancement OpportunityPaid TrainingHealth and wellnessDiscounts on products and servicesShipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verify information against packing slips, orders and other recordsDetermine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and ratesKeep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeledMaintain receiving and shipping records, delivery truck maintenance records and returned parts recordsUnpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortagesEnsure that outgoing shipments meet specificationsMaintain inventory of shipping materials and suppliesMaintain cleanliness and operate delivery truck.Perform safe pick-up and deliveries.Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule.Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients.Perform all other duties as assigned.Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to use parts department computer systemGood communication skillsAbility to operate an automobileStrong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethicValid Driver's License and clean driving recordAt Moon Township Ford, we strive to conduct our business as a well-respected organization; with integrity, hard work, and with the highest care for our employees and customers.
