As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will use X-ray screening and access-control procedures to help identify prohibited items, support a secure environment, and keep operations moving. You will remain attentive, communicate professionally with team members and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.22 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and vehicles in accordance with established access-control and screening procedures. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the facility perimeter, loading areas, and access points, and document observations in required reports. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
