Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Make a real difference as a travel PTA providing home health services in North Kansas City, MO. You will support patients recovering from illness or injury by implementing treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Candidates must be proficient with HCHB and OASIS documentation workflows. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Missouri PTA license required prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years is required. Experience using HCHB and OASIS is required. Ability to meet productivity expectations of 32 points per week.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in home health covering a regional caseload.

Assignment Details Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. M-F 8-5 noted as typical hours. Area of coverage: discussed during interviews. Candidate may be expected to travel within the regional coverage area.
