Retail Store Development & Training Manager
Winmark – the Resale Company
Winmark – the Resale Company is seeking a New Retail Store Development Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota. You will support franchisees in opening new resale retail stores with a focus on training and operational standards. This role involves considerable travel (50%) to ensure store openings are successful and franchises receive necessary training. Candidates should have a degree in business management, substantial retail operations experience, and strong communication skills.
