Macie & Milo’s BrewPup isn’t your average restaurant. We’re a one-of-a-kind destination featuring an off-leash dog park, sports bar, and scratch kitchen where people come to enjoy great food, cold drinks, live music, trivia, and watch the game—all while their dogs have the time of their lives.
We’re looking for a motivated Sous Chef / Prep Cook who takes pride in quality food, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help us continue building something special.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain prep lists
- Cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Help maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and health code compliant
- Receive and organize deliveries and manage inventory
- Work with the team to improve systems and kitchen efficiency
- Step into leadership responsibilities when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience required (Sous Chef experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Dependable with excellent work ethic
- Passion for creating great food and memorable guest experiences
