Technical Project ManagerHealthcare Analytics Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.Required Skills:Healthcare BackgroundDevelop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders regularly.Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.Job Duties:Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders regularly.Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets established standards and stakeholder expectations.Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and progress.Understand the technical complexities of the projects being managed.Potentially contribute to or review technical documentation.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (SAFe Agile, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid).Document requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish the project deliverables for client; proactively execute product strategies to task development for the development team and work with Stakeholders to establish deadlines.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent work experience.8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing complex software development, infrastructure, or IT projects.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid).Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
