IT Project ManagerThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in either Houston, Texas or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.Job Description:Pay Rate: Open, depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to HireLocation: Hybrid and possible Remote, ideal candidate will be located in either Philadelphia or Houston1st preference is Hybrid, who is local to either Philadelphia or Houston office, onsite 3 days a week, regular business hours (Tuesday to Thursday)2nd preference is remote with on demand office visits for few days in a monthDuration: 5 monthsKey skills required for success in this role:Project management experience handling multiple projects at a time, who has experience in handling retail distribution business process and/or supply applications, Direct project work experience with ERP systemsExperience in handling projects dealing with SAP, Right angle, Microsoft dynamics, and Oil&Gas industry experiencePosition Summary:We're seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead enterprise application implementations and technology initiatives.This role bridges business processes and technical solutions, requiring strong leadership across cross-functional teams and deep experience in managing complex IT projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead 2–5 concurrent mid-size projects (application implementations, integrations, platform deployments)Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resourcesCoordinate cross-functional teams (business SMEs, IT, vendors)Operate in hybrid waterfall/agile environmentsEnsure compliance with PM methodologies (PMP, Agile, hybrid)Drive process optimization and system integration effortsManage cloud/on-prem application deployments and modernization initiativesServe as liaison across business, IT, and vendorsLead change management, training, and user adoption strategiesRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field5–8+ years of IT project management experience3+ years leading enterprise application implementationsStrong stakeholder management across all levelsExperience with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree or PMP certificationExperience with AI/ML, automation, and digital transformationProcess improvement certifications (Lean Six Sigma)Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening
