What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to lead our SEO strategy and execution and drive our online presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, and experience with advanced analytics tools.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Brightedge, and BigQuery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure the website and content are optimized for inclusion in AI-generated search results.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior SEO role, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Brightedge and BigQuery.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with getting content included in AI-generated search results.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** Compensation: Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $200,000.
