Production & Sourcing Manager- Apparel Brand!

Our client, a men's streetwear company, is looking for a Production Manager to join the team! Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end production and sourcing process from development through delivery Manage daily communication with overseas factories and vendors Track and maintain WIP reports and production timelines Negotiate costs, lead times, and production terms with suppliers Place and manage purchase orders Source and onboard new vendors and factory partners Ensure product quality, delivery accuracy, and speed to market Partner closely with internal teams on production planning and execution Troubleshoot production issues and proactively manage risk Qualifications 8-15 years of experience in apparel production and sourcing Strong background in wholesale apparel manufacturing Off-price or value retail production experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage overseas factories and vendor relationships Strong negotiation and costing experience Highly organized with excellent follow-through and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
