Store Manager - South Congress

Summary The Store Manager will lead the Austin boutique, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a high-quality customer experience for eyewear. This role manages staffing, training, visual standards, and community-facing events while acting as a style advisor and brand ambassador. Responsibilities Drive the team to achieve sales targets and KPI results Lead the sales cycle and deliver elevated customer interactions Manage labor, scheduling, and day-to-day store operations Hire, train, and develop sales specialists and store staff Strategize and execute in-store events and local outreach Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards Requirements Advanced knowledge of fashion trends with a strong interest in eyewear Minimum 5 years retail sales and management experience Proven leadership, strong work ethic, and history of exceeding goals Experience with store operations, scheduling, and staff development Excellent communication, styling, and customer advisory skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
