Seeking BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to join its thriving practice in Des Moines due to an upcoming retirement. - Join a team of 5 Physicians and 3 APPs \n
- 80% inpatient/ 20% clinic \n
- 1:5 call \n
- Rounding/consult volume 12-15 per day \n
- Clinic volume 12-15 patients with APP support for follow up patients \n
- 24/7 Pulmonary Critical Care & Hospitalist coverage \n
- Internal Medicine Residency Faculty \n
- Built in referral network \n

- 2-year guaranteed annual salary $285,261 \n
- $150,000 recruitment incentive \n
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage \n
- 403B with match and 457B savings plan \n
- Moving allowance up to $15,000 \n
- CME annual allowance of $6,000 \n
