Our incredible team of engineers, programmers, and solution providers is changing the way companies manage their buildings, and we're currently looking for a Fire Alarm Service Administrator to help support our growing service department. Why This Role Matters Our Fire Alarm Service Department relies on strong organization and communication to keep projects and service calls running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, managing details, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced service environment. What You'll Do As a Fire Alarm Service Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Fire Alarm Service Department and assist the Service Manager with administrative coordination. Responsibilities include: Dispatching and coordinating service calls for the fire alarm service team Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests Ensuring technicians' timesheets are submitted daily Reviewing and confirming that service tickets and notes are properly documented Verifying that job and service information is entered accurately in the system Assisting the Service Manager with administrative tasks and department coordination Helping maintain smooth communication between technicians, management, and customers Pay Scale: $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday Benefits We Offer: 100% company-paid medical insurance for you and your family (low-deductible PPO) 401k with 4% company match 7 paid holidays 2 weeks paid vacation from day one Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of office or administrative experience Strong customer service and communication skills Dispatching experience in the service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.) is preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Proficiency with computers and standard office software Typing speed of at least 40 WPM Experience with Service Titan is a plus High level of attention to detail and follow-through Professional and positive attitude At Quantum Building Solutions, we value reliability, organization, and teamwork.
