Fire Alarm Service Administrator — Dispatch & Operations

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC.

A building automation firm in Richardson is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Administrator to support the Fire Alarm Service Department. You will coordinate service calls, assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between technicians and customers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of office experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a high school diploma.
