What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients
• Deliver dialysis care for ICU and acute medical-surgical patients
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor patient response, vascular access, and stability throughout dialysis
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
• Document all treatments accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain compliance with infection control and hospital policies
• Foster a compassionate, team-focused environment to support patient recovery

What You Need

• Valid Tennessee RN license or license in a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in acute dialysis, including ICU dialysis
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Competent in using the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
