Job Description: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who is eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential clients through various channels.
- Educating customers on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
- Leveraging modern sales techniques and technology to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion to be mentored in sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
