Clinical Training Specialist (Variable status)

Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver technical training to clinic associates
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and opportunities
- Monitor and track training metrics and completion rates
- Ensure adherence to established training procedures and standards
- Perform clinical conduct duties alongside training responsibilities
Requirements
- Clinical conduct experience required
- Prior experience designing and delivering training programs
- Ability to organize and schedule multiple training sessions
- Knowledge of training metrics tracking and documentation
- Understanding of clinical procedure adherence and compliance
