Tax Accountant CPA

Job Description Job Description Excellent growth potential Ownership opportunity available Compensation: * Highly competitive * Based on experience Specific Responsibilities Include : * Communicate with clients to obtain necessary data for preparation of financial statements and income taxes * Be responsible for assigned clients (primarily preparation of financial statements, tax planning, and income taxes) * Preparation of all types of income tax returns (primarily business & individual) Preferred Experience : * MUST have a minimum of 2 years RECENT public accounting firm experience * Prefer experience with a small to mid-size CPA firm * Experience with QuickBooks, Ultra Tax, and ACS is a plus Education : * Prefer Bachelor's degree with major in accounting * Active Licensed CPA is a plus Desired Attributes : * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Efficient and able to meet deadlines * Accurate and detail-oriented * Team player
