HR CoordinatorOur client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support Human Resources operations, recruitment, and executive administrative functions. This role provides administrative support to HR leadership while coordinating talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondenceMaintain confidential HR information, files, and employee recordsManage phone and email communications and coordinate meetings, presentations, and project deadlinesSupport the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and administering pre-employment requirementsCoordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee setup activitiesSupport employee engagement initiatives and assist with new hire experiencesPrepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadershipPartner with internal teams to ensure efficient HR operations and provide administrative support for special projects as neededRequirements1–2 years of administrative support experience preferredHuman Resources experience preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive informationDetail-oriented with excellent time management and customer service skills
