Won't you join us?Responsibilities:Ensures compliance with all safety policies and procedures to protect employees and company assets.Oversees preventive maintenance programs to keep production equipment, utilities, and facilities operating efficiently.Supports the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment and system issues.Partners with facility management to improve safety, product quality, equipment reliability, and operational effectivenessSupervises all site maintenance activities and capital improvement projects.Uses SAP to manage assets and optimize preventive maintenance scheduling.Implements corrective actions identified by production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance.Maintains knowledge of current industry regulations, codes, and best practices related to mechanical and electrical systems.Ensures adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures for maintenance operations and capital projects.Leads and develops maintenance personnel, including workforce planning, performance management, vendor coordination, and contractor oversight.Qualifications: 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.2+ years of experience supervising maintenance teams.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and obtaining quotes for parts and services.Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and scheduling workforce activities.Strong commitment to safety, security, and compliance with workplace policies.Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and team-development skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications; SAP, PLC programming, and an associate’s or college degree are preferred.Our Commitment to a Diverse Workforce: FXI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
